CCP Special Agent Convicted of Spying on Falun Gong in Germany
An espionage case involving Chinese Communist Party (CCP) 610 Office agents came to a conclusion in Germany on June 8, 2011. The accused party, John Zhou (周超英), was found guilty and given a two-year suspended sentence, along with a hefty fine of 15,000 euros (US$21,530). Zhou is the first German-Chinese to be convicted of spying on the Falun Gong group overseas for CCP intelligence agencies. The 610 Office, the core organization that the CCP regime set up to coordinate and carry out the persecution of Falun Gong, has thus been exposed in German society.

Taiwan: Hsinpei City Council Passes Bill Denying Entry to Human Rights Violators (Photo)
On May 12, 2011, the Council of Hsinpei City, Taiwan passed a provisional bill calling on the central government to deny entry of human rights violators. The bill further stated that cities that respect human rights do not invite, welcome or accept human right violators. Hsinpei is the 16th local council to pass such a human rights bill. Sydney, Australia: Plaintiff in Lawsuit to Bring Jiang to Justice Appeals in Federal Court (Photos)
On the morning of May 13, 2011, a hearing was held in a federal court in Sydney regarding Ms. Zhang Cuiying’s appeal of her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) head and chief culprit in the persecution of Falun Gong in China. In 2004, Ms. Zhang filed a lawsuit against Jiang for torture and crimes against humanity. The supreme court of New South Wales recently ruled that Jiang qualified for diplomatic immunity.

Indiana House Resolution No. 54: Calling on China to Immediately Cease and Desist from Its Campaign to Persecute, Intimidate, Imprison, and Torture Falun Gong Practitioners
The Indiana General Assembly passed House Resolution No. 54 by voice vote on April 21, 2011, during the First Regular Session of the 117th General Assembly to recognize and call attention to the Falun Gong of China. It was resolved that the Indiana House of Representatives expresses sympathy to Falun Gong practitioners and their family members who have suffered persecution, intimidation, imprisonment, torture, and even death for the past decade solely because of adherence to their personal beliefs; and that the Indiana House of Representatives calls upon the Government of the People's Republic of China to immediately cease and desist from its campaign to persecute, intimidate, imprison, and torture Falun Gong practitioners, to immediately abolish the 6-10 office, an extrajudicial security apparatus given the mandate to `eradicate' Falun Gong, and to immediately release Falun Gong practitioners, detained solely for their beliefs, from prisons and re-education through labor (RTL) camps, including those practitioners who are the relatives of United States citizens and permanent residents. ...More
